Wow- 1st night in Ireland, and Castlefield and Mr. Knaggs set the bar high. Room #3 was spacious, extra comfy, and warm. It's clear that special care is taken to have modern and stylish furnishings, and the traditional Irish breakfast......A-MAZE-ING!!! We felt like royalty in the dining room with all the delicious food and gorgeous place setting. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Castlefield B & B. The location is great, the accommodations lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Joan and Stuart were very warm and friendly. We felt right at home. We would love to visit again. | |

I will highly recommend this fantastic B&B. It was spotless, cosy and friendly. The rooms look out over the river and a field of horses. My room and en-suite were huge and comfortable. All of this for vary reasonable rates and within 2 minutes of Kilkenny's centre. Thanks for the warm welcome! |
